Search Console Unlimited, Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Search Console Unlimited browser extension (the "Extension"), provided by Ynamo Labs, a trading name of Verhoeff-IT, the Netherlands ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the Extension you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for its intended purpose. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or misuse the Extension.
No warranty
The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. You use the Extension at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ynamo Labs and Verhoeff-IT are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of the Extension. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use the Extension and for the data you access with it. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for any accounts and data you connect, and you must comply with the terms of any third-party services you use through the Extension, including Google Search Console and the Google APIs.
Google services
The Extension interacts with Google services and the Google APIs. Your use of those services is also subject to Google's own terms. We use Google APIs in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. The Extension is not created, endorsed, sponsored by, or affiliated with Google. "Google" and "Google Search Console" are trademarks of Google LLC.
Privacy
How the Extension handles data is described in the Search Console Unlimited Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If you continue to use the Extension after we publish changes, you accept the updated terms.
Availability and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension at any time. We may suspend or revoke your access if you breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch courts, to the extent permitted by law.
