Search Console Unlimited, Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the Search Console Unlimited browser extension (the "Extension"), provided by Ynamo Labs, a trading name of Verhoeff-IT, the Netherlands ("we", "us", "our"), handles your data. It covers the Extension only. The Ynamo website has its own privacy policy.

The short version

The Extension runs entirely in your browser. It connects to your own Google account with your permission, reads your Google Search Console data directly from Google's official API, and shows it to you so you can analyse and export it. We operate no server. Your Search Console data and your Google account data are never sent to us or to any third party. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

What data the Extension accesses

When you choose to connect your Google account, you grant the Extension a single, read-only permission, the webmasters.readonly scope. Using that permission, the Extension reads, on your request:

  • the list of Search Console properties (sites) your account can access;
  • Search Analytics performance data for the properties and date ranges you choose: queries, pages, countries, devices, and search appearance, together with their clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average position.

The Extension cannot change anything in your Search Console account; the permission is read-only.

How the Extension uses your data

Your data is used for one purpose: to provide the Extension's features. It is shown to you in the side panel as a table you can sort, search, and filter, and it is written to a CSV or Excel file when you click export. That is the entire use.

Where your data is processed and stored

All processing happens locally, inside your browser, on your device. The Extension calls Google's API directly over HTTPS and renders the results on screen. We do not run a backend server, and we never receive, store, log, or transmit your Search Console data or your Google profile to ourselves or to any third party.

The access token that authorises the API calls is managed by your browser and is used only to talk to Google directly. Any files you export are saved to your own device by you. The Extension keeps your results only for the current session; closing the side panel or the browser clears them.

Google API Services and Limited Use

Search Console Unlimited's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we do not transfer or use this data for serving advertisements, we do not sell it, and we do not allow humans to read it, except where you give explicit consent, where it is necessary for security purposes (for example investigating abuse), or where required by law. The Extension is not created, endorsed, sponsored by, or affiliated with Google. "Google" and "Google Search Console" are trademarks of Google LLC.

Sharing and tracking

We do not share or sell your data. The Extension contains no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party tracking of your Search Console data.

Payments (paid plan)

If you upgrade to a paid plan, payment and license management are handled by our payments provider, ExtensionPay, which processes your email address and payment details under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your card details. This is entirely separate from your Search Console data, which is never involved in billing.

Keeping control of your data

Because nothing is stored on our side, there is no account data for us to delete. You stay in control:

  • Revoke the Extension's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • Uninstalling the Extension removes any cached access token from your browser.
  • Delete any exported files yourself, the same way you delete any file.

Children

The Extension is a professional tool and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If you continue to use the Extension after we publish changes, you accept the updated policy.
